As I am sure you are all aware we have completed over half of your grant performance period. Per your contract agreement you must submit this month’s grant report by COB October 16, 2017 and complete the attached Interim Financial Report to receive the next installment of your grant payment. There are separate forms for the grant period beginning August 1, 2016 and October 1, 2016. Please make sure you complete the correct form. The interim financial report is intended to account for your to date spending for the grant. There is a column to record both your budgeted expenses for this time period and your actual expenditures. If your organization has any matching contributions to date please also record those in the appropriate columns.

 

I’d like to take this time to remind you that on time reporting is a requirement of this grant and continued funding. Participation in the monthly check-in calls is also a requirement of this award. Please contact me directly if you have any questions about these requirements.
