Good afternoon,

We are excited to announce the release of a few new resources for older adult meal service providers, as well as other groups and organizations who use our popular fraud prevention placemats. Read our latest blog for more information.

  • Three new placemats. The set of mats use word games to share fraud prevention tips.
  • A toolkit with tips for meal site coordinators or other volunteer leaders. Not only can those serving and receiving meals learn how to spot the signs of financial exploitation and fraud, but now they’ll know who to contact if they suspect there’s a problem.
  • Two new Spanish translations of existing placemats. Now three placemats are available for Spanish speakers. If you are interested in additional languages, please e-mail olderamericans@cfpb.gov.
  • A new placemat web page. We listened to your feedback and made it easier to download and order copies of placemats and our new toolkit.

As always, if you have any questions or need any additional information please contact us at olderamericans@cfpb.gov.

Thank you,

Erin Scheithe
