Reporting for the month of July (the reporting period ending 7/31/2017) is open. Please submit your report by COB on Thursday, August 17 through the following link: https://ncoa.tfaforms.net/313929 I received some questions last week about the reporting form and zip codes. The zip code section has been removed from this form. You are not required to submit your service area zip codes again.

If you are unable to complete your report by that date, I would greatly appreciate it if you would notify me ahead of time at erin.kee@ncoa.org.
