Here are a few announcements to kick off the week:

Revised CAP Document

We’ve heard your feedback regarding the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) document that some of you have discussed with your TA provider. We truly appreciate your openness and want you to know that we’ve taken your concerns into consideration.

In response, we’ve updated the plan to be more collaborative and focused on building organizational capacity. Going forward, we’ll be using the revised Capability Assessment Plan (CAP), which is attached for your reference.
For those of you currently working on a CAP or who have already submitted one, your point of contact will revise the document using the new format and share it with you.
We appreciate your attention to this and your continued partnership. If you have any questions or need support in completing the financial report, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Capacity Building Assessment
If you haven’t done so already, please schedule a meeting with your TA provider to complete the Capacity Building Assessment by August 15th. Be sure to review and complete the Capacity Building Assessment tool to the best of your abilities ahead of your meeting.
