As we begin the week, we’d like to share an update on the reporting schedule for the follow-up survey workbook.

The survey workbook is not due every month, but we thought it would be helpful to provide a consistent schedule. Please prepare to submit the survey workbook on a quarterly basis:

As a reminder, when the workbook is due, the file should be uploaded—not emailed—within the monthly report using the field “Optional Survey Workbook Upload.” Unlike other questions in the report, you do not need to filter for just one month; please upload the file with all survey data collected to date.
