Over the next two months, your TA provider will be reaching out to schedule one-on-one calls with each of you to complete the Capacity Building Assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to better understand your current systems, strengths, and areas where additional support may be beneficial. The assessment covers key areas such as outreach and engagement, staff training, partnerships, data tracking, and program sustainability.
