Dear SEC network,
Thank you for participating in the call last week.
Please see the following updates and announcements:
- Attached is the SNAP Survey Workbook to help with consistent analysis and reporting of the follow-up survey data.
- The workbook comes with sample data in the Enter_Data table to illustrate how it works. Please just delete the sample data when you are ready to enter your own data.
- Data may be entered individually or pasted in bulk. There are instructions for both.
- Depending on how your data are collected/stored elsewhere, there may be some set-up steps to ensure alignment.
- The next group call (scheduled for 2pm ET on Tuesday, February 18) will include an overview of how to use the file. That said, in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out
if you have any questions, concerns, feedback, or would like assistance. Please email
Andy.Stamp@ncoa.org and copy your main point of contact (Jessie or Shaneece). Please do not reply to this list, as that will send your message to everyone.
- NCOA would like to collect these workbooks via the secure WizeHive portal later in the grant cycle. The data in these workbooks will allow for additional analysis. When shared with
NCOA, the workbooks should not contain any personally identifiable information (PII) of clients.
- Other follow-ups from last week’s call:
Thank you,
Andy and the CEW team

Good morning, SEC Network,
The CEW team hopes you enjoyed the holidays and wishes you a happy new year.
A few important announcements and reminders:
- Please find attached the 3-month client follow-up survey questions. The document includes some guidance on survey administration. This will be addressed in detail during the next
SNAP group call on Tuesday, January 21st at 2pm ET. In the meantime, if there are questions or concerns, please email
Andy.Stamp@ncoa.org and copy your point of contact (Jessie or Shaneece). Please do not reply to this list, as that will send your message to everyone.
- You should have received a calendar invitation for future SNAP group calls. If you did not, please email
Jessalyn.Cali@ncoa.org.
- The next call on 1/21 will primarily cover the follow-up survey and monthly reporting challenges. In addition, the CEW team is considering updates to SNAP outreach and marketing
materials, and we would like to take the opportunity to hear what kinds of materials would be most useful for you. Please plan to attend!
- The December monthly reports are due next Wednesday, January 15th. Since the follow-up survey will not start until next month, please enter 0s for those placeholder questions.
Thank you,
Andy and the CEW team
