Hello SNAP Grantees,

According to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Americans aged 65 and older make up over 90% of all deaths from COVID-19. To help to ensure seniors have access to testing, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Department of Health and Human Services has an initiative that will cover up to seven at home COVID-19 tests each calendar month, at no cost to seniors. To enroll seniors into this free program, follow the link below and complete the short enrollment form. The site is secure and is HIPPA compliant. A follow-up email will be sent with a toolkit that can be used to help market the program. If you have any questions, please let me know and start enrollments today!
