Dear SNAP grantees,

This is a reminder to submit your SNAP reports for the month of May (the reporting period ending 5/31/2019). We are giving you a little extra time this month because of the Age+Action conference June 17-20. Please submit your report by COB on Monday, June 24 in the form in the Benefits Access Community. The link is here:  https://ncoaging.force.com/BAC.  Once logged in, go to the My Grant Funding tab, select your grant, and then the button link to the form is on that page. 

 

If you are unable to complete your report by June 24, I would greatly appreciate it if you would notify me ahead of time at lauren.popham@ncoa.org.
