Please see the attached memorandum entitled, "Enrollment Guidance Policy Changes and Updates for Contract Year 2019" from Jerry Mulcahy, Director, Medicare Enrollment and Appeals Group. This memorandum provides policy changes and updates to Chapters 2 and 17D of the Medicare Managed Care Manual and Chapter 3 of the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Manual to implement the recently finalized CMS-4182 rule for contract year 2019.
