The MIPPA Resource Center is pleased to once again be partnering with the SHIP & SMP Resource Centers on a webinar this September, bringing together voices from the field to talk about their experiences with social media. Dan Hoblick, from the South Dakota SHIP, will be talking about his state’s experience using Facebook grants to target outreach to people potentially eligible for benefits.

This is a joint SMP, SHIP, and MIPPA webinar intended for team members who are responsible for outreach or beneficiary education.

Join us to hear from SMP, SHIP, and MIPPA representatives about their social media experiences and what has worked well for them. You will also have an opportunity to share your own experiences using social media.

In the “Last Name” field, also enter your two-letter state abbreviation if you are an SMP, SHIP, or MIPPA (Smith – ST) or ACL if you are with ACL (Jones – ACL). This abbreviation will appear behind your name on the web event. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the session.
