Yes, typically CMS releases the ANOC and many related notices in Spanish. In previous years, these have been posted at: https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Health-Plans/ManagedCareMarketing/MarketngModelsStandardDocumentsandEducationalMaterial.html. It appears that right now they only have the 2019 plan year guidance available, but I suspect will post the model notices & translations on this page when they are ready.

 

As a reminder, NCOA updates its Guide to Mailings & Key Events each year. On page 3-4, you’ll see a calendar with links to examples and translations of many of these colored letters. We haven’t updated the guide yet for this season, but the links should still work: https://www.ncoa.org/resources/medicare-open-enrollment-guide-to-mailings-key-events/.

Good Morning Brandy,

I attended the Mippa TA call on August 10th and was looking forward to the PDF of the slides but don't see where they are attached. Went to the vimeo link and saw the most recent recording but can't figure out how to get to the slides. Would you please tell me how to get to make that happen?
