Hello All,

We are hearing several issues of concern about Medicare beneficiaries and access to home health care.

Specifically, the following items have come to our attention:

Beneficiaries aren’t getting 28 hours of nursing care, or
Are being denied home health services if no caregivers to help provide care, or

Are getting skilled services but not aide or homemaker services

Are any of you or your colleagues hearing similar issues? If so, please let us know.
