NCOA is pleased to be issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for small grants of up to $10,000 each for MIPPA-funded agencies to receive technical assistance and support to develop, implement, and track a Facebook ad campaign designed to connect low-income Medicare beneficiaries to benefits application assistance.

This opportunity is open to any Benefits Enrollment Center (BEC) currently supported by NCOA’s Center for Benefits Access, OR any state or local aging agency that receives money to conduct benefits outreach using Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA) funding. Such entities include State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIPs), Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs), and other nonprofit organizations contracted with the state lead agency to conduct MIPPA outreach.

Up to 10 grants may be awarded under this RFP to qualified organizations, with an award period running for roughly 6 months (March – August 2018).

Please see the attached RFP for further information about this opportunity and what NCOA seeks in qualified applicants.

Questions may be directed to me.
