I am sharing this important email from ACL regarding suspicious emails coming from the SHIP NPR system. Please be alert if you/colleagues have access to the system and receive anything like this.

Subject: URGENT Update: SHIP NPR Hack
Hello – we are actively working with TFI and ACL IT to secure the system. Please DO NOT open or respond to anything from the
xxxxxx@technicalfrontiers.com email box until further notice. TFI has suspended that account. If you need assistance with SHIP NPR, please call the 1-800 number.
For the time being, any authentic emails will come from Bimal or Anne directly not the SHIPNPR email. Note: you should be wary of attachments or a link in emails even if they come from someone you know unless you are expecting a document.
One way hackers gain access to systems is by posing as someone legitimate.
You may want to reach out to your IT Security teams to make them aware of the incident. Also, please make sure that anyone who has access to SHIP NPR is notified of this incident.
Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
Thank you, Katie
