As many of you in SHIPs may know, Medicare is currently working with the University of Chicago for its regular Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey. Survey participants are selected randomly and mailed a brochure (http://mcbs.norc.org/sites/default/files/2010_011117_MCBS%20Comm%20Brochure_Eng_508C.pdf) and then called/followed up with in person.

One SHIP representative has asked whether anyone has/knows of educational materials—flyers, posters—that they could post in their office to alert clients that this is an official survey and not a scam. Has anyone created or seen such a thing? If so, please share!
