We are hearing about some issues that Part D enrollees are having problems filling opioid prescriptions as a result of the new requirements provided in the 2017 Call Letter. CMS has asked that we provide more examples with them. If you
have clients experiencing problems please share the specifics of the issue, not the client’s name, but definitely the plan name, medication, dosing and other facts you feel comfortable sharing.
