This is your final reminder that the NCOA/Visa survey is currently live. Please see below for information about the survey as well as the link to fill it out.
NCOA and Visa have partnered on a project to better understand the money management needs, challenges, and experiences of older adults receiving benefits.
We are seeking your help by asking you to complete an optional 30-minute survey by July 12. The survey will include questions about how you work with older adults, resources used to support education, enrollment, and money management practices with
older adults, and managing and utilizing government benefits.
The insights gained from this survey will guide the development of solutions and strategies for Visa and their partners. The survey findings will be shared in the fall. In addition to the survey, NCOA will be holding virtual focus groups to learn more about
this topic. If you are interested in participating, please share your email on the last page of the survey.
