NCOA has updated our Medicare Savings Program (MSP) data visualization tool with CMS enrollment data through June 2022: https://www.ncoa.org/article/medicaid-msp-enrollment

This data is available at both state and county level and by specific MSP program. (Because the tool now contains over 15 years of data, it may take a moment to load when you click through.)
