The Center is looking to develop a Q and A document question around the new CMS authorized Special Enrollment Periods for Part B and Premium Part A for individuals experiencing an exceptional circumstance. 

 

To ensure the document is reflective of the actual enrollment experience we would appreciate hearing what questions you have about the exceptional circumstances SEP and/or any difficulties that you have experienced in utilizing the SEPs. 

 

While separate from the new Part B and Premium Part A SEPs, we would also be interested in any questions or difficulties you may have encountered in utilizing the temporary Covered Insulin Product SEP that allows beneficiaries to add, drop, or change their Part D coverage if they find a better option.  The SEP runs through December 31, 2023.
