I have had several call that said they went to the pharmacy and had to pay much more than the $35 copay.  I have seem notice stating that plan have until 4/1/23 to get the price right at Pharmacy register and until then beneficiaries must pay the higher price to be reimburse in the future.

We have had a request to check with the network to see if counselors are hearing about plans not honoring the $35 price cap for insulin or any other issues beneficiaries may be encountering as they begin to refill their insulin prescriptions.  Additionally, please share with the list serv if you hear about any problems utilizing the SEP CMS has authorized that allows insulin users to change plan in 2023.   Thanks for your help in increasing the knowledge of the network.
