Hi all. 

 

CMS shared some LIS notices were mailed to beneficiaries with inaccurate benchmark/$0 premium plan options. The error was identified and corrected with new notices being mailed to impacted beneficiaries beginning 12/19.  The notices included a list of corrected benchmark/$0 premium plan options. We were not provided a list of plans or effected regions but were assured all effected beneficiaries received corrected notices.

 

Beneficiaries who want to change plans for a better option can change plans using the Extra Help Special Enrollment Period (SEP) for a prospective enrollment. More detail available below from the medicare.gov SEP page
