While at a recent conference, a counselor came to me with a question that I wanted to crowd-source a response for.

If your state has adopted the use of telephonic signatures for benefits applications (outside of temporary COVID waivers), how did your state come to this? Is there any advice you can offer to a counselor wanting to advocate for this measure, or other concerns they should be aware of?

Feel free to respond to me directly and I can consolidate comments to pass along.

Thank you!
