Please see the attached Suppression Exclusion report which explains why N/A is appearing in the cost field for some Medicare plans on Medicare Plan Finder.  The Suppression Exclusion report identifies the plans that are under a CMS enforcement action and the reason for the action.   It looks like most plans provided incomplete formulary information. Hope this helps.

Our CMS partners provided the attached current 2022 plan suppression list and note a number of plans failed to include a required drug on their last formulary update, which lead to formulary suppressions. Plans will be able to fix the issue during the next monthly formulary update window.
