- Part D Enrollment Outcomes Quality Assurance Report:
- Report to only aggregate records with a Date of Contact of 01/01/2021 and beyond
- Highlight Valid records with the same SHIP Case Number green
- Highlight records blue when Beneficiary First Name AND Beneficiary Last Name AND Beneficiary Zip Code matches.
Duplicates will be determined based upon an exact match present in the Beneficiary First Name and Beneficiary Last name fields, including commas (,), apostrophes (’), dashes (-), periods (.), and spaces. Casing will
be ignored
- Group grey 5% random sample records with their SHIP Case Numbers rather than at the top of the report
- Valid +/- 25,000 cost change records in the Valid tab will be highlighted yellow and an associated column indicates required review
- Additional column titled "Delete Duplicate Record" has been added to the Valid tab
- Valid Tab Column S Contact reviewed (enter ‘x’ to verify) has been updated to High cost contact reviewed (enter ‘x’ to verify)
- Updates to the +/- 7 week logic: any Beneficiary Contact or Beneficiary Additional Session falling in the date range entered, with an
associated Beneficiary Contact or Beneficiary Additional Session record in +/- 7 weeks, will result in all records appearing in the Valid tab unless the record is associated with a Beneficiary Contact or Beneficiary Additional Session that is deemed Flagged
by the contents of the cost fields and enrollment topic selections
- Part D Enrollment Outcomes Aggregate Report – National, Part D Enrollment Outcomes Aggregate
- Report to only aggregate Valid records with a Date of Contact that falls within the date entered in the report launch page
