Many of you may have received a separate email from NCOA earlier this week announcing our newly redesigned BenefitsCheckUp.org.
The new site is specifically built for those with low digital literacy—an important part of the BenefitsCheckUp audience. It features easier access to benefits programs and resources that empower older
adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers to apply for benefits and get help.
One key new feature is
the ability to screen by single program, category of programs, or all key programs. This was created based on feedback we’ve heard from you & your clients about wanting to find info quickly.
I’m attaching an infographic that highlights a few other key improvements.
(Note: If your state uses a private label version of BCU, these features will be rolling out at the end of next month)
