Hello Everyone,
As previously
shared, the CMS team continues to make updates to Medicare Plan Finder (MPF) periodically leading up to Open Enrollment. Below are details of changes they are making this week (week of June 27th).
Redesigned landing page

New design that focuses on creating a warm, welcoming, entry point for beneficiaries.

This also aligns with the updated designs CMS is rolling out across Medicare.gov.

Added content on the page to help set clear expectations for what beneficiaries can expect when they start a plan search.

Makes it clearer for beneficiaries that they have 2 options when searching for plans (to log in or to use the guest experience).

CMS has also promoted the Get Started link, so there’s a clear path for beneficiaries who enter Plan Finder and need more information before they make their decision.
Summary page

Created a new page where authenticated beneficiaries can:

See their essential plan information and tasks all in one place.

Easily make changes directly from the summary page if needed.

The new page will help beneficiaries get the best cost information possible:

If a beneficiary hasn’t logged in for 30 days, they’ll see messaging prompting them to update their drug and pharmacy list.
