All,

Please see the attached Suppression Exclusion report which explains why N/A is appearing in the cost field for some Medicare plans on Medicare Plan Finder.  The Suppression Exclusion report identifies the plans that are under a CMS enforcement action and the reason for the action.   Hope this helps.

The SHIP mailbox received inquiries regarding “NA” appearing in the cost portion of Medicare Plan Finder (MPF). Please share the attached CMS chart on Medicare Part C & D Enforcement Actions as a reminder of the types of enforcements CMS may implement and their impact on MPF.
