Join MHP Salud for a webinar on the topic of Community Health Workers (CHWs) Addressing Social Isolation Among Homebound Hispanic/Latino Older Adults. Presenters will discuss barriers older adults in the community face and the CHW Role in addressing social isolation through highlighting MHP Salud’s CHW-led intervention serving homebound Hispanic/Latino older adults in central Florida. April 19th from 2-3:30pm ET/ 1-2:30pm CT/ 12-1:30pm MT/ 11am-12:20pm PT.
