Late last week, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services officially published the Medicare Savings Program eligibility guidelines for 2022 at: https://www.medicaid.gov/medicaid/eligibility/seniors-medicare-and-medicaid-enrollees/index.html

 

We have made minor corrections to our state-by-state MSP eligibility chart to reflect these official guidelines (CMS rounded up to the next dollar for QI and QDWI in AK and HI).
