NCOA, in partnership with the Medicare Rights Center, recently expanded the resources in our toolkit that help explain integrated care coverage options for people dually eligible for Medicare & Medicaid.
New items in the toolkit include:
- A video tutorial explaining integrated care
- An infographic for counselors
- Comparison charts highlighting the differences between Original Medicare, PACE, Duals Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) and integrated D-SNPs

In addition, NCOA is excited to announce the re-release of
My Care, My Choice, an online decision support tool for duals and counselors. Originally developed for Californians by the SCAN Foundation, NCOA, with ACL support, has expanded the site for use in Ohio (with
