As Medicare’s annual open enrollment period begins today, know that we at the MIPPA resource center are here to listen and support you over the very busy next very weeks.   As you navigate and encounter issues with Medicare plan finder, please follow the protocol established by CMS and ACL to report both general and functionality issues.  Additionally, please continue to copy me on all plan finder issues you are reporting.  Know that by sharing your plan finder experiences with us, NCOA is better able to represent counselor concerns  when talking with legislators, CMS, advocacy partners and media outlets.

 

Thank you for all the feedback provided to date.  We look forward to continuing to partner with you, ACL and CMS throughout open enrollment to continue to improve the plan finder tool.  Your input makes the tool better for all users.  Again, thank you for the work you do in assisting so many Medicare beneficiaries during open enrollment and beyond.
