Please share the attached with your teams in preparation for Medicare Open Enrollment next week:

MPF SHIP Inquiry Process – We made minor updates to last year’s process. If you follow the process and the 1-800-Medicare CSR is not able to resolve the issue for you or you need to submit screenshots of the MPF concern, please send an email to xxxxxx@acl.hhs.gov. In the body of the email please iinclude additional details on the call with the CSR such as date, time, CSR name, and the phone number you called from. This will help CMS to find the recording of the call if necessary.

A reminder to clear your browser’s cache, cookies, and history as the initial step when an issue arises. This may not address all issues yet is a quick step to try that may help.

Unique ID Complaint Form – If you experience difficulty using your Unique ID (UID), the attached complaint form outlines the details needed to investigate the issues. If possible, combining the details requested in this form along with your description of the MPF/OEP issue will help us in reporting issues to CMS.
