Good Afternoon Friends,

 

I have some exciting news that I want to share with you.  I am retiring  from NCOA and tomorrow, Friday, October 1 is my last day.

 

My husband and I want to travel and plan activities while we are healthy enough to do them.

We spent 3.5 weeks this summer on a national parks road trip out west and we are very excited to continue to hike and camp while our knees and backs can handle it.

 

I want to express my appreciation for the dedication and commitment to the work you all do to improve the lives of older adults in your communities. It has been a challenging 19 months. Yet you faced that challenge by pivoting your operations and working tirelessly to continue to address the needs of older adults.

 

I leave behind an all-star team. I am thrilled to share that Erin Kee is now the Acting Senior Director at the Center for Economic Security and Benefits, Brandy Bauer is the new Director of the MIPPA Resource Center.

and Ann Kayrish will continue as our Medicare expert.
