NCOA has designed a sample trifold flyer that you can customize and use for MIPPA outreach. This was created in response to several requests we received in our TA survey and at our conference; we are also grateful to have received feedback from several MIPPA state leads on early drafts.

The template is attached (in Word template format) along with instructions for how to swap out photos, ensure the eligibility criteria are correct for your state, and add your organization’s info and contact details.

We intend to develop a Spanish translation of this flyer
We have also heard that a single sheet of paper (vs. trifold) is preferable for some of you, and will work to develop a similar flyer in that format in the next iteration.
