Last year, ACL requested that NCOA help to develop some educational materials around integrated care options for people with Medicare and full Medicaid (duals).

 

Many of you personally participated in stakeholder interviews and focus groups to better understand counselors’ needs and understanding of this topic.

 

The resources in this link were created and refined from that research in collaboration with the Medicare Rights Center, and include a handy chart, fact sheets, a training PowerPoint deck, and two consumer-friendly one-pagers: https://www.ncoa.org/article/integrated-care-for-people-with-medicare-and-medicaid

 

We see these tools as the beginning of a suite of educational materials on integrated care, which we at NCOA and our friends at the SHIP TA Center will continue to develop over the coming months/years.
