It has been updated to include a link to a fact sheet from CMS and to remove some duplication.
We do not know how all states are responding to this new regulation. We would encourage you to reach out to your respective Medicaid agencies to obtain that information.
For individuals whose enrollment is changed from Medicaid expansion to a Medicare Savings Program, they should be deemed eligible for Extra Help and my need assistance selecting an appropriate Part D plan.
