Hi Patricia,

I found some Medicare Basic videos in ASL at http://www.ageoptions.org/services-and-programs_ASLVideos.html.  While they are not YouTube videos, these Medicare Basic links do work.

Here are links to specific segments of the Medicare Basics   video above:

    Overview of Medicare:

Subject: MIPPA Listserv: Is there a current video on Medicare benefits in American Sign Language? [not-secure]

There use to be an excellent youtube video on Medicare basics in American Sign Language.  When I tried to review its content to see if it was outdated, it was asking for a login.

Does anyone know of an existing youtube or video that could be used with individuals who use American Sign Language?
