• SHIP Group Outreach Summary Report – Partner Organization Affiliation - This report summarizes data tracked in the Group Outreach and Additional Team Member forms for the organization and date range selected as parameters. It is accessible via the STARS Summary Reports Launch Page (Shared Pages). The report counts records with a Start Date of Activity within the date range selected on the STARS Summary Report Launch Page
• SHIP Media Outreach Summary Report – Partner Organization Affiliation - This report summarizes data tracked in the Media Outreach and Media Additional Team Member forms for the organization and date range selected as parameters. It is accessible via the STARS Summary Reports Launch Page (Shared Pages). The report counts records with a Start Date of Activity within the date range selected on the STARS Summary Report Launch Page
• MIPPA Group Outreach Summary Report – Partner Organization Affiliation – This report summarizes MIPPA data tracked in the Group Outreach and Additional Team Member forms for the organization and date range selected as parameters. It is accessible via the STARS Summary Reports Launch Page (Shared Pages). The report counts records with a Start Date of Activity within the date range selected on the STARS Summary Report Launch Page. It aggregates data that meets the following criteria:

• MIPPA “Yes” is selected on the record; and
• “MIPPA” is selected on the Team Member form of the Sessions Conducted by user; and
• At least one MIPPA qualifying Target Beneficiary Group option (“Low Income” or “Rural”), and Topics Discussed option (“Preventive Services” or “Medicare Savings Program” or “Extra Help/LIS” or “Medicaid”) are selected

• MIPPA Media Outreach Summary Report – Partner Organization Affiliation – This report summarizes MIPPA data tracked in the Media Outreach and Media Additional Team Member forms for the organization and date range selected as parameters. The report counts records with a Start Date of Activity within the date range selected on the STARS Summary Report Launch Page. It aggregates data that meets the following criteria:
