Please share the following reminders on Extra Help/Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) common prescription access needs for Part D LINET and BAE documentation for Extra Help/LIS status:

Limited Income Newly Eligible Transition Program (LINET) provides temporary, immediate Part D enrollment for beneficiaries awarded Extra Help/LIS and not yet enrolled in Medicare Part D. The enrollment can occur at the pharmacy counter with Best Available Evidence (BAE), see “Four Steps for Pharmacy Providers” brochure.
