The late 2021 Medicare & You handbook pre-order is now open!

All versions of the 2021 Medicare & You handbook are now available to pre-order. You have from today, Thursday, August 13, until Friday, August 21 to place your pre-order.

If you already placed a pre-order you DO NOT need to place another!

Because of the many circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 situation we know that some partners were unable to participate in the first pre-order we held in May 2020, which is why we are providing you with this final opportunity to place a pre-order for the 2021 Medicare & You handbook.

Important Note: Before submitting your order, please verify you are ordering the correct books in the correct quantities. In previous years, shipments have been refused, which is very costly to the government. You may edit your quantity, or cancel your order, up until the cut-off date of Friday, August 21^st, 2020.

To place your pre-order, login to the POW website at https://productordering.cms.hhs.gov. After you login, click on the blue “Pre-Order” button at the top left of the page. Please be careful to select the correct state version of the handbook when you place your pre-order, and be aware that all quantities listed are actual; nothing is counted by the box, the dozen, the hundred, etc. Extremely large orders may require pallet delivery, which means you will need to have a loading dock and/or be capable of receiving pallets, or you will not be able to take delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: The 2021 handbooks will not be printed or shipped until this fall. POW Support is not able to provide you with any updates on the shipping/delivery status of your pre-order, as those handbooks ship directly from the printer.
