Hello,
A few weeks ago, we asked for information on any issues your clients were having with Lifeline telephone access. We shared the information with ACL in preparation for a meeting ACL had with FCC representatives.
The FCC shared this page that outlines what many communications companies are doing for their consumers during the pandemic crisis:
https://www.fcc.gov/companies-pledging-keep-americans-connected-during-pandemic-go-above-and-beyond-call
Some of the companies are Lifeline providers. They also shared that the companies that cover 60-70% of their subscribers have granted unlimited minutes through June.
Hope this is a helpful resource for you and your clients.
