We have heard from some of our partners that their clients using Lifeline phones may not be able to access telehealth services because of the 3G network or because of limits on minutes for the month.
If you have clients who have discussed these issues, will you please share the details with us. ACL is interested in learning more about this problem and discussing what improvements can be made to ensure access to telehealth services.
