COVID-19 Feedback from SMPs, SHIPs, and MIPPAs

Description: From late March through early April, the Administration for Community Living (ACL) conducted a survey to collect information from SMPs, SHIPs, and MIPPAs about challenges and strategies during COVID-19. The OHIC centers have also conducted several webinars related to COVID-19 and collected survey responses from attendees. In this webinar, the three OHIC centers (SMP, SHIP, and MIPPA) will share feedback and ideas from SMPs, SHIPs, and MIPPAs that were received from these surveys.

 

Speakers: Heather Flory, SMP Resource Center; Sue Choplin, SHIP TA Center; and Ann Kayrish, NCOA's Center for Benefits Access (aka the MIPPA Center)

 

Intended Audience: This topic may be useful for a broad range of efforts, such as conducting outreach, staff and volunteer training, and complaint management. Anyone in the SMP, SHIP, and/or MIPPA networks who is interested in this topic is welcome to attend.
