Tools to Provide Counseling Remotely (During COVID-19)

Description: This webinar will cover a wide range of tools and technology that may be used to provide counseling remotely, including both low-tech and high-tech solutions. It will also discuss basic documentation practices and resources for SMPs and SHIPs related to privacy and confidentiality.

 

Speakers: SMP, SHIP, and MIPPA panelists (to be announced closer to the event date)

 

Intended Audience: This topic may be useful for a broad range of efforts, such as conducting outreach, staff and volunteer training, and complaint management. Anyone in the SMP, SHIP, and/or MIPPA networks who is interested in this topic is welcome to attend.
