Attached are the recording and slides from last weeks TA call entitled inroads to Medicaid.  Audio issues with the call require some explanation.

First, the call recording began ahead of the actual call.  So you can skip the first 2 plus minutes and start the recording at the 2:56 mark. 

My audio also blipped out for a few minutes at 50:22 where I was about to introduce our final panelist, Cynthia Phillips, the Massachusetts’s SHIP director who discussed the recent increase in MSP limits in Massachusetts and some unanticipated consequences. A big shout out to Cynthia who powered forward during my audio absence.
