Next Wednesday, February 19th at 2 pm EST, NCOA will be hosting a short webinar that showcases our upcoming Boost Your Budget™ Week campaign. The inaugural Boost Your Budget™ Week launches April 13-17, 2020 and is meant to educate low-income Medicare beneficiaries about the benefits available to them, and direct them to community and online resources to find out how to screen and apply for those benefits. Our webinar will walk through the campaign tools and tips we can offer you if you’re thinking of conducting the campaign in your area. Later this month, on February 27th at 2 pm EST, NCOA is hosting Census 2020 & Older Adults: Reaching the Hard to Reach. The next MIPPA TA call is scheduled for Thursday, February 13 at 2:00 (eastern). Our topic for discussion will be Medicaid Inroads. We will hear from fellow grantees on how they have collaborated with their local and/or state Medicaid agency to improved work flows, communications and even program parameters to increase access to benefits for state residents.
