Hello Everyone,

 

As of this morning, 14 SHIPs have asked that referrals from 1800 Medicare be paused through the remainder of Medicare Open Enrollment Period. CMS reports that due to the number of requests, it has become difficult for 1-800 Medicare to manage and keep track of which states can still take referrals. Therefore, CMS will stop referrals to ALL SHIPS starting today – November 18, 2019.

 

All referral to SHIPs will resume on December 16, 2019.
