The Integrated Care Resource Center published a new resource for states to help streamline MSP enrollment. This Tip Sheet is a follow-up from the CMS letter to state Medicaid Directors in December on ways
states can align MSP eligibility with those used for the Medicare Part D Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) program to facilitate the use of LIS eligibility data in determining eligibility for MSPs.
We will have presenters from CMS’ MMCO present on how states can streamline eligibility for MSP at our conference in June.
