We wanted to let you know that CMS has posted the LIS reassignment and Choosers information has been posted. The information is broken down by region as well as by PDP and MA plans.

Each year CMS reassigns low income beneficiaries from PDPs that are going above the regional LIS benchmark (and did not, or could, not waive a de minimis amount of premium above the benchmark), and from PDPs and MA plans that are terminating (which includes MA plans that are reducing their service areas).
